Bob Wood Idle is a single-player game. There is no account to create and no password to remember. This page describes the small amount of data the app does handle, and what you can do about each part.
Game progress
If you sign in with Game Center, your saved game — levels, coins, buildings and statistics — is stored on our servers so it can be restored on your other devices. It is linked to the anonymous player identifier Apple provides, never to your name, email address or Apple ID.
Leaderboard
If you appear on the leaderboard we store the display name you choose, your lifetime totals, and a random identifier generated on your device. You can change your display name at any time from the in-game Settings screen.
Advertising
The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Google AdMob. These partners may collect your device's advertising identifier and general device information in order to select and measure ads.
You are asked for permission before any tracking happens, and you can decline. The game plays exactly the same either way — you will still see ads, they will simply be less relevant.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or health data. We do not sell personal data.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your choices
- Turn off ad tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
- Delete your cloud save: email us and we will remove it.
- Start a fresh run: any time, via Prestige in the in-game Settings screen.
